Hello friends of Baba Notes! How has your day been so far? Tell me, what was the first thing you said or did when God woke you up this morning? Well, we didn’t wake up on our own. By His grace, we are up and running to work, school, etc. It’s all by His grace. However, it is up to us how we start our day. It is always beneficial if we take the time to thank Him for this new day. Psalm 5:3 says, “Lord, in the morning you hear my voice. In the morning I pray to you. I wait for you in hope.” This is the beauty of a new day – it’s a chance for repentance and fresh start. It is that “hope” that allows us to look forward to this day and the day after. He said that He “removed our lawless acts from us as far as the east is from the west” Psalm 103:12.
Also, If we can manage to get up with the birds, there is the quiet time that we can spend with the Father in His word. This allows the Holy Spirit to minister to us throughout the day. I know…how can we allow God – He is God. However, He gives us free will. So, in the end, we must prove our love to Him each and every day; We must make efforts to get to know Him and spend time at His feet. This is why He is called our “Personal Savior.” As it says in 2 Peter 3:18, “Grow in the grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Get to know him better. Give him glory both now and forever. Amen.” So, may the Peace and Grace of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, be with you today and forever more. Amen. Amen.
